This is a terrific new business focused and targeted sales role for a thriving and highly profitable property investment and sourcing business. Having experienced massive growth throughout 2009 and, predicting another record year in 2010, they are looking to strengthen their telesales team with experienced sales executives. To apply you must therefore have a proven track record in the investment property market and/or 'buy to let' industries. Alternatively you could be a highly successful estate agent that wants an office based targeted telesales role.
To succeed you will be a passionate and enthusiastic property sales professional that is tenacious, ambitious, and hungry for progression. You will be money driven and be able to demonstrate at interview your genuine desire to significantly increase your earning potential.
Selling a wide portfolio of properties to professional investors, financial institutions, retail investors and property development businesses this is working in a buzzing and lively working environment where you will be surrounded by successful, highly target oriented and strong minded personalities.
