Our client is looking for someone who is not afraid to 'practice what they preach' where sales is concerned. They require an individual who can come into the company, evaluate the sales process and implement the recruitment of further consultants into the company. The company is not afraid to invest heavily in the right individual and within a short period you could become the Manager of the entire sales department.
Essential Experience:
+ A history of training, mentoring and developing sales staff
+Accustomed to dealing with the SME market
+A proven sales background
As an individual you could come from a service or product sales background possibly within software, telecoms or insurance. What is important is to have a significant ambition to take on more responsibility.
